Refund policy

At Brielle Cosmetics, we strive to provide high-quality products and excellent customer service. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our refund and return policy outlined below.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges for the following items:

  • Lip Glosses: All sales are final and non-refundable.
  • Lip Masks: All sales are final and non-refundable.
  • Lip Scrubs: All sales are final and non-refundable.
  • Lipliners: All sales are final and non-refundable.

Returnable Items

For other products, including lashes, we offer a return and replacement policy under the following conditions:

  • Return Window: Returns must be initiated within 48 hours of receiving your order.
  • Product Condition: Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging to qualify for a return or replacement.
  • Delivery Costs: Customers requesting a replacement are responsible for covering the delivery costs associated with the return and the new shipment.

How to Initiate a Return or Replacement

To initiate a return or replacement, please follow these steps:

  • Contact Customer Service: Email our customer service team at customerservice@briellecosmetics.net within 24-48 hours of receiving your order. Include your order number, the reason for the return or replacement, and any relevant photos if the product is damaged or defective.
  • Return Authorization: Our customer service team will review your request and provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number if your return is approved.
  • Shipping: Once you receive the RA number, securely package the product and include the RA number inside the package. Ship the product to the address provided by our customer service team. Customers are responsible for shipping costs.
  • Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team immediately. We will provide instructions on how to proceed. Damaged or defective items reported within 48 hours will be eligible for a replacement at no additional cost.
  • Refunds: No refunds allowed.

Important Notes:

  • Original Shipping Fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a damaged or defective product.
  • Partial Returns: If you return part of a bundle or set, the refund amount will be adjusted based on the discounted price of the bundle or set.
  • Promotional Items: Items purchased during a sale or with a promotional discount are non-refundable.
